1. General
In these conditions and throughout this website, Crystal Copy Refers to
one-man business Crystal Copy, located in Asten, the Netherlands

2. Application
Crystal Copy provide their services to you subject to the following conditions.
By visiting and shopping with Crystal Copy, you accept these conditions
and will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.
Please read the conditions carefully.
3. Specials
All Crystal Copy's Product Specials are without our liability.
Specials on Products are subject to availability of those Products.
4. Agreement
By placing an order with Crystal Copy, the Customer accepts these
Terms and Conditions, and the Customer accepts the Terms and Conditions
to be part of the Agreement between Customer and Crystal Copy.
5. Prices
All Prices are displayed including VAT, and excluding other
Gouvernement taxes and Shipping costs.
If the Customer is logged-in as a Business Customer, prices will
be displayed excluding VAT.
6. Sales area
6.1
At this moment, products are delivered to customers in
the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and France
6.2
In time, other sales area's can be added.
6.3
The purchase-agreement can be provided in the Dutch and/or English language.
7. Shipping costs
7.1
All product's prices are excluding Shipping costs.
7.2
The Shipping costs are automatically calculated using TNT. Costs are calculated per
order, using the total order weight.
8. Delivery and delivery period
8.1
After payment, Crystal Copy will ship the ordered products within 5 working-days after
the order confirmation to the supplied address, providing the products are available.
8.2
The delivery period as indicated in 8.1 is just an indication, not a deadline.
Crystal Copy can not be held responsible if the delivery period is not met.
8.3
Crystal Copy takes care of delivery per TNT or any other method Crystal Copy sees fit.
Ownership of the Products will be passed to the Customer upon delivery, if and when all
products were paid for.
8.4
Crystal Copy preserves the right to deliver an order in seperate parts.
The extra shipping costs will in those cases be paid by Crystal Copy.
9. Secure payments
Crystal Copy offers different payment methods:
Through online-banking (iDeal, Netherlands only), PayPal, and Bank Transfer.
10. Returning products
10.1
Should you receive another product than the one that was ordered at Crystal Copy,
the product will be replaced by Crystal Copy, providing you still have the
invoice, the delivered product is undamaged and still in it's original packaging

11. Complaints and fulfilment
11.1
Claims regarding not receiving (part of) a shipment are to be presented by letter,
as soon as possible, though at the latest 7 business days after delivery, to ensure
the order's validity.
11.2
Claims regarding defects or shortcomings of products are to be presented by letter,
as soon as possible, though at the latest 7 business days after delivery.
12. Personal Information
12.1
Crystal Copy will protect your personal information as required by The Personal Data Protection Act.
12.2
Crystal Copy will store your provided personal information. This information will only be used to
complete placed orders, and will be stored as long as is needed to provide Customer Care.
13. Prices
Crystal Copy can not be held responsible for deviations and/or misprints of prices, pictures and texts.
